So a week before Christmas I moved into my new kitchen and decided that my very little old kitchen would now become my laundry room. A little while ago my Bloggy friend Shannon made over her laundry room and its is lovely. It gave me the inspiration for my room. I live by the sea so wanted to bring that feel into the room. I have only just started the revamp and I am excited to get it finished. Might take a while as once I have an idea I want it to be just right and sometimes perfection takes a while! But I thought I would post the idea that I stole from Shannon so that she (and the rest of you) can see the beginning.
I love the soap in the jar idea because I HATE seeing big detergent boxes out sitting on the counter top. I'm not sure what to do about the unsightly plug and stove outlet, might have to give that a thought!

The boys at the beach is one of my favorite photos of them, they were looking for crabs.....even though at the time neither of them knew what a crab was!

How cute!! I am SO not crafty and imaginative like that. Bummer.
If you aren't going to use your outlets, you could decoupodge a photograph over them. Other wise, they make outlet covers...but don't know if you are exactly near a Home Depot or Lowe's.
Oh wow! I cannot wait to see the rest! I love that frame, tray, jar, starfish.....everything! It is going to look great! Yea!!
