Tinned fish puffs!


1 1/2 cups plain flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp thyme

pinch paprika

1 egg

1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup milk

125g canned sardines in tomato sauce, mashed


1. Preheat oven 200c. Combine flour, baking powder, thyme and paprika in a bowl. In separate dish mix together the egg, oil and milk. Quickly and lightly combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Fold in the sardines.


2. Spoon mix into lightly greased muffin pans or patty pans. Bake for 12-15 mins until golden. Serve warm.
